Dear Philip and all the staff,
My husband, Ron, and I would like to thank you again for the loving care and attention you have given to our stepmother, Eveline, during the time she was with you, at times not easy, as we know. Lesley and Ruth have been especially kind and helpful, as indeed all the members of the nursing and caring staff have been, all of which we do appreciate.
Eveline was very comfortable in her room, which is where she preferred to stay, as you know.
