Dear Sally, I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to you for all the lovely staff at Pinewood. My mum Brenda who passed away suddenly last Friday came into Pinewood at the end of March, Despite always saying she didn’t want to go into a home, she was so happy with you!
