Cuisine at Pinewood Residential Home

At Pinewood, we place great emphasis on maintaining a high standard of traditional, freshly cooked and nutritious cuisine with good choice and variety. We have designed a five week rotating menu which avoids repetition and provides residents with an alternative for each course.  Beverages and snacks are available at any time of the day or night.  Supplements can be provided if required and any dietary requirements can be catered for.

Residents (and their families) can choose their meals from our menus and can eat in the dining room or in their own room at whatever time they like.

Set meal times provide an opportunity for residents to meet up and socialise in the communal dining room if they so wish.  Alternatively, residents can opt to eat their meals in their rooms. Meals can, nevertheless, be taken any time of the day that a resident wishes.

Friends and relatives are actively encouraged to eat at the Home and all our residents receive a regular supply of fresh fruits of their preference.
