Pinewood Residential Home Staff
Staff at Pinewood are selected primarily on the basis of a kind and caring nature. On-going training is provided to ensure that they have the necessary skills and experience to deliver a high standard of care, utilising the medical equipment and facilities provided by the Home.

Philip Sadeghi
Philp had, until 2004, worked as a solicitor in the city of London with over 8 years' experience in law. Feeling it was time for a change of career, Philip agreed to join his father, Jim, and his brother, Andy, to be in charge of Pinewood.
Manager
Sally Williams
Sally has been working in the care industry since 1998, be it within care homes or in the domiciliary care sector. In 2003, she successfully completed her NVQ 3 and progressed to the position of Senior Carer. She gained experience of the day to day running of a care home, having responsibilities including the management of the home during times of the manager's/owner's absence. Sally has also studied Physiology and Anatomy at Level 3 alongside gaining a VTCT Level 3 diploma in Swedish Massage in 2009/10. Before joining Pinewood in May 2010 as a Senior Carer for the care home, she was working with people with learning disabilities.
